We do not ship from our own warehouse. Every order ships directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse — you get factory-fresh stock without an extra stop at a reseller dock.

Free parcel shipping on over a thousand qualifying items. In-stock parcel orders ship in 2–4 business days.

Freight (large equipment): heavy units over 150 lbs ship by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Liftgate and inside-delivery service are available at checkout or by request. Freight typically arrives within 5–10 business days depending on your region.

Every product page shows an estimated delivery window and shipping cost — just enter your ZIP in the delivery estimator on the item. No guessing, no surprise charges at checkout.

Returns: accepted within 30 days on unused equipment in original packaging. Inspect freight on delivery and note any damage on the bill of lading — call us at (833) 345-2433 to start a return or file a freight claim and we’ll handle it for you.
