Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. In the rare case of an obvious listing error, we will contact you before charging or shipping, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Shipping & delivery

Parcel and LTL freight terms, delivery windows, and liftgate options are described on our Shipping page. Freight must be inspected on delivery; note any damage on the bill of lading before signing and call us — we file the claim with the carrier.

Returns

Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Call (833) 345-2433 to start a return and get a return authorization before shipping anything back.

Warranty

New equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty (shown on each product page). We help you register claims and coordinate service — you are never on your own with a manufacturer.

Commercial use

Products sold here are commercial equipment intended for commercial use. Residential installation may void manufacturer warranties.

Liability & governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, TN.
