Touch controls have 10 programmable memory pads, providing storage space for users to keep 100 recipes, and it also has a four-stage cooking feature that moves through different cooking levels at the push of a single button. The microwave cycle’s time can be set on the touchpad to a maximum 60-minute setting.

This Amana AMSO35 microwave steamer can hold two full-size pans, one on the bottom and one on the shelf, and if the operator needs to heat something in a container that is deeper than 4 inches, the shelf can be removed to increase space. The unit has a stainless steel cavity and exterior, so it withstands heavy use and simplifies cleaning. For product monitoring, a glass window is integrated into the pull-down door.
