Designed for high-volume applications, this unit can heat (30) 8-ounce portions of mixed vegetables per hour. The microwave accommodates two standard 4-inch-deep, half-size pans, and as many as 100 programmable menu items and 11 power levels ensure consistency on all types of food, whether frozen to fresh. Even heating is provided through a unique top-and-bottom method of energy distribution. The easy-to-clean stainless steel exterior and interior are designed for professional kitchens.

With one touch, the operator can activate one of the four-stage cooking programs, which saves time and reduces food waste. All of the controls are very user friendly and take minimal training to understand. The see-through door and lighted interior enable users to see inside the chamber without having to open the door.
