Arctic Air ARCB48 Description

The Arctic Air ARCB48 chef base accommodates large equipment on its stainless steel top and keeps items stored in its cabinet cold. Its insulated design prevents heat from transferring into the refrigerated cabinet. Marine edges around the top keep messes contained and off the floor.

This unit has two drawers with stainless steel components and liners. To facilitate cleanup, the magnetic drawer gaskets are removable, and the exterior front and sides are constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel. This Arctic Air ARCB48 chef base holds consistent temperatures ranging from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can control this level with the electronic thermostat. An LED display clearly displays the temperature.
