CMA Dishmachines CMA-180-C Description
The CMA Dishmachines CMA-180-C door-type corner dishwasher is constructed of stainless steel for the corrosion resistance and durability needed for long-term use. Rather than chemicals, this unit uses high-temperature water to sanitize dishes, as the included booster heater brings incoming water to ideal sanitizing temperatures as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The spray arm system has upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with reinforced end caps. These arms are interchangeable, so they’re easy to reassemble after they’re removed for cleaning.
The CMA Dishmachines CMA-180-C door-type dishwasher can clean 60 racks per hour, each of which uses an average of 4/5 gallons per rack with an entire cycle time of 58 seconds. The wash tank has a capacity of 8 gallons and fills automatically with water; the automatic start and stop make the dishmachine easy to use. To prevent short circuiting, the top-mounted control panel is watertight. The dishwasher has an automatic soil purging system that collects food scraps in an external scrap box to keep water clean and prevent arms and drains from clogging.
