The CMA Dishmachines EST-44 conveyor dishwasher operates from left to right and can process 249 standard dishwashing racks an hour. Two dishwasher racks are included for convenience. The system uses three stages — wash, power rinse, and final rinse — to sanitize dishware according to commercial requirements. A stainless steel dispenser holds chemicals to be injected in their dedicated cycle.
Built to endure heavy commercial use, the CMA Dishmachines EST-44 conveyer washer is made of stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant metal. Operation is simple with its single flip switch. The unit works automatically to achieve safe heating temperatures between 150 and 160 degrees Fahrenheit. The rubber curtains and debris catcher are removable to simplify cleanup. The system’s heaters are chemical resistant to ensure longevity.
