The Continental D108GN refrigerated griddle stand is designed for efficient cold storage and versatility in professional kitchens. This 108-inch-wide unit features three sections, each fitted with two easy-glide, fully-extendable drawers capable of holding two 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans (sold separately). The stainless steel top incorporates a drip guard marine edge, enhancing its durability and cleanliness. Its stainless steel exterior and interior ensure the stand withstands heavy use while being easy to sanitize. Additional features include smooth, polished chrome drawer handles and heavy-duty drawer tracks with built-in safety clips for reliable performance.
Equipped with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental D108GN griddle stand uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for eco-friendly and efficient cooling. The system includes an expansion valve, automatic hot gas condensate evaporator, and a non-corrosive, plasticized fin evaporator coil. Its foamed-in polyurethane insulation enhances structural integrity and thermal performance, ensuring consistent cooling. The electronic control system with a digital display and high-low alarm ensures precise temperature management. For added convenience, the front-slide-out condensing unit simplifies servicing, and the unit is supported by 4-inch casters for mobility.
