An 8-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board facilitates efficient prep, while the 9-cu.-ft. interior provides ample storage space. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and end panels, the unit is built for durability in busy commercial kitchens. The self-closing solid door, fitted with a Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in gasket, ensures a secure seal, and a single epoxy-coated steel shelf supports organized storage.

Designed with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental SW32N12M refrigeration prep table uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant for consistent cooling within a 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit range.
