Continental SW32N8 Description
The Continental Refrigerator SW32N8 sandwich unit refrigerator has a self-contained refrigeration system mounted in the rear for convenient access. To keep the system functioning effectively, its hot gas condensate evaporator runs automatically, and the condenser uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
An electronic controller lets users set the Continental Refrigerator SW32N8 prep table’s temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. If this level gets too high or too low, the unit sounds an alarm to let nearby staff know it needs attention. So users can assemble fresh salads and sandwiches, a nylon cutting board is mounted along the refrigerator’s front.
