Its 10.3-cu.-ft. interior accommodates 2 epoxy-coated steel shelves, while 2 solid self-closing doors ensure secure storage. Designed for efficiency, the unit includes an arrangement of 10 sixth-size pans housed in a removable tub with an insulated lid, preserving freshness during prep. A 12-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board offers a durable surface for streamlined food preparation. Built with stainless steel front, top, and end panels, and an aluminum back and interior, the unit is both robust and easy to clean.
The Continental SW36N10 refrigerated prep table features a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The system maintains a temperature range of 33-41 degrees Fahrenheit and is equipped with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator, off-cycle defrost, and a corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil for energy-efficient operation. Electronic controls enable precise temperature adjustments, while 5-inch front-locking casters ensure stability and mobility, making the unit adaptable to various kitchen layouts.
