Continental SW60N12 Description
With 12 included food pans, the Continental Refrigeration SW60N12 sandwich prep table can hold various ingredients, from vegetables to meats and cheeses. It has a 12-inch-deep, full-width cutting board, so users can slice these ingredients for sandwiches and salads. The top, front, and end panels are made of sturdy stainless steel, and the back and interior are made of aluminum for durability in high-volume environments. Two spring-loaded doors have chrome handles and self-close to reduce energy escape.
The Continental Refrigeration SW60N12 sandwich prep unit has a self-contained refrigeration system that uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This temp can be changed with an electronic controller and monitored on a digital display screen. If the temperature changes without warning, a high/low alarm alerts users. To keep cold air in the cabinet, the doors have magnetic gaskets for a tight seal, while the lid and cabinet are insulated with polyurethane foam.
