Continental SW60N18M Description

Built with two spring-loaded, field-rehingeable doors that self-close, the Continental SW60N18M sandwich/salad prep table is designed for durability and efficient cold storage. This mighty top unit accommodates (18) sixth-size recessed pans up to 4 inches deep, paired with a removable interior tub below the pans for convenient cleanup. The 8-inch full-length nylon cutting board and extended countertop provide ample workspace for food preparation. The electronic controller with a digital display and high-low alarm permit precise temperature programming and monitoring. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and end panels, and a corrosion-resistant aluminum back and interior, this unit is built to withstand the demands of busy kitchens.

The Continental SW60N18M sandwich/salad prep table utilizes a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that maintains a temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The insulated lid minimizes heat transfer, helping to maintain optimal cold storage conditions. Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in door gaskets create a reliable seal to retain temperatures, while the smooth polished chrome handles ensure convenient access. Heavy-duty epoxy-coated steel shelves provide durable and organized storage for your ingredients. Equipped with 5-inch casters, this unit can be easily relocated to suit various kitchen layouts. Maintenance is streamlined with off-cycle defrost and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator which work to reduce ice and condensation buildup.
