The Continental SW72N18M sandwich and salad prep table is a practical solution for ingredient organization and food preparation in commercial kitchens. It holds 18 sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and includes an 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board, creating a spacious workspace for sandwich and salad assembly. With a stainless steel top, front, and end panels, this prep table is built to withstand demanding environments while maintaining a professional appearance.

Designed to ensure ingredient freshness, the Continental SW72N18M prep table includes a pull-down insulated lid that maintains consistent pan temperatures. Its aluminum interior, lined with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, ensures reliable cold storage. The spring-loaded, self-closing doors reduce temperature loss, while their Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets provide a secure seal. The three heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves offer stability, and the removable interior tub beneath the pans simplifies cleaning. The unit includes a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and sits on 5-inch casters for maneuverability.
