The Dukers DCCOG2 gas convection oven includes two full-size ovens stacked in a vertical configuration to conserve kitchen space. Designed with 50/50 dependent doors featuring double-pane tempered glass, each oven compartment is illuminated and equipped with five wire racks supported by 11-position guides. This oven is constructed of stainless steel for durability and includes a set of four locking casters affixed to sturdy stainless steel legs. The door interlock switches help protect staff during operation. The Dukers DCCOG2 double convection oven's temperature can be adjusted between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using solid-state digital controls. To ensure consistent cooking, a two-speed fan with adjustable cool down mode distributes hot air throughout the cavity. Each deck is fitted with an electronic spark ignition system and automatic pilot with a safety shutoff for added operator protection.
