The Dukers DCF4-LPG gas fryer includes a cabinet base with a right-hinged access door, one frypot, and two twin baskets to organize simultaneous frying tasks. Millivolt controls and a responsive temperature probe regulate burner activity to support consistent cooking results. Staff can manually reach all frypot and cold zone surfaces, streamlining maintenance during busy shifts. Because the unit is mounted on four casters, operators can reposition it for cleaning or layout adjustments, and the rear gas inlet supports standard liquid propane kitchen connections.
