Powered by liquid propane, the Dukers DCF5-LPG gas fryer supports flexible installation in kitchens without permanent natural gas connections. Designed for repeated use, this floor-model unit has a tube-type frypot with a 70-pound oil capacity, making it suitable for high-volume frying of breaded menu items. Its five cast iron tube burners output 150,000 BTU per hour, and the millivolt control system enables operators to set and maintain temperatures between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit without relying on electricity. The Dukers DCF5-LPG gas fryer features a cabinet base with a right-hinged door, giving users access to the frypot and cold zone for routine maintenance. Its forward-sloping bottom and expanded cold zone promote sediment collection, helping preserve oil quality and reduce cleaning frequency. For consistent performance, a temperature probe delivers immediate burner response to fluctuations in oil temperature. Two twin fryer baskets are included for batch frying, and four casters provide mobility for repositioning or deep cleaning. The 3 4⁄4-inch rear gas connection supports operation at 10 inches WC pressure.
