The Dukers DCR36-2B24GM gas range offers a space-saving blend of flame and griddle cooking with two open burners and a 24-inch griddle mounted on the right side of the cooktop. A 3⁄4-inch thick steel plate provides a flat surface for searing or sautéing, while the burners include 12-inch by 12-inch removable cast iron grates to support heavy cookware. The stainless steel exterior provides long-term durability in commercial environments. The 6-inch casters support mobility and stability when the unit is in use or being repositioned. The Dukers DCR36-2B24GM gas range features a single standard oven base with an enamel-lined interior to aid in daily maintenance. Manual temperature controls support a range from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while two chrome racks can be repositioned along multiple rack guides inside the cavity. The rear of the unit includes a 3⁄4-inch NPT gas connection with a regulator for installation flexibility.
