The full exterior is constructed of stainless steel for durability in commercial settings. The four 6-inch locking casters provide mobility and secure placement. The Dukers DCR36-4B12GM gas range's oven base is lined with enamel to support quick wipe-downs and includes two chrome racks that fit into multiple rack guide positions. Staff can manually adjust the oven temperature between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit for varied baking needs. A 3⁄4-inch NPT rear gas connection and included regulator simplify setup.
