A heavy-duty coated stainless steel shelf adjusts to accommodate various items, and rounded interior corners with a sealed floor promote quick cleaning. The unit rests on six 5-inch casters, two of which lock in place during service or cleaning. Dukers DSP29-8-S1 prep table includes a 14 1⁄2-inch cutting board and holds eight sixth-size pans in the top refrigerated rail for ingredient storage.
