Excellence Industries VB-3HC Description
The Excellence Industries VB-3HC ice cream freezer operates at temperatures between -15 and 15 degrees Fahrenheit with an adjustable thermostat. To keep the cabinet interior between these temperatures, the cold-wall evaporator has embedded refrigerant lines in the walls, efficiently cooling product since the refrigerant can remove heat from the freezer. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly.
This Excellence Industries VB-3HC ice cream freezer comes with baskets and product dividers, enabling operators to organize items. Made of painted galvanized steel, the durable interior is resistant to corrosion. Guests can see in the cabinet since it has clear, heat-reflective lids.
