The Excellence Industries HFF-12HC ice cream storage freezer can hold (39) 3-gallon tubs and has a strong, painted steel interior. A drain in the bottom simplifies cleaning collected condensate water that melts in the defrosting process. Made of stainless steel, the top is durable, and the flip-top lids ensure convenient interior access. A cold-wall refrigeration system efficiently cools items with refrigerant that runs through lines embedded in the walls by removing heat from the interior. This refrigerant is a hydrocarbon blend that is more eco-friendly than other options.
