The Globe S13-05 heavy-duty slicer is designed to slice meats and cheeses to a predetermined thickness for sandwiches or other recipes. Its seamless anodized aluminum construction is durable and easy to clean. It’s installed with a built-in kickstand, which aids operators by raising the slicer so the worktop underneath can be wiped down. The unit’s 13-inch-diameter blade is maintained using the top-mounted, removable grit stone sharpening system. This countertop unit is 36¹/₂ inches wide by 29³/₅ inches deep by 25¹/₂ inches tall.

This Globe S13-05 manual meat and cheese slicer has a belt-driven transmission. Slicing takes place through manual use, while the advanced no-grip design supports safe operation and reduces the risk of slippage. The index system on the blades enables accurate and exact slice thickness adjustment. The carriage establishes a tiled design, which accommodates products as big as 13³/₄ inches high, 8 inches in diameter, and 11 inches wide, such as mortadella and bacon. As a safety precaution, the interlock stops the slicer from operating when the knife’s cover is not in place. The built-in no voltage release stops unwanted restarts of equipment post power outages.
