Globe SG13-05 Description
The Globe SG13-05 manual meat and cheese slicer is made for use in sandwich shops or grocery store delis. This electrically powered, manually operated slicing machine is simple to use and equipped with an index system that enables precise and accurate slices for uniform products. The carriage provides a tilted design that can hold large items like prosciutto and mortadella, while the no-grip handle encourages safe use as operators slice. This slicer is equipped with safety features such as the no voltage release—the interlock which disables the slicer without the knife cover in place—and a home position start.
The Globe SG13-05 manual meat and cheese slicer is made of aluminum and measures 361/2 inches wide by 293/5 inches deep by 25 1/2 inches high. It’s made for use on a countertop or worktable and features a built-in kickstand that elevates it from the surface for easier cleaning underneath. It features a Clear-Text LCD display with operator messages about maintenance in English, Spanish and French. The patent-pending indexing system notification cycle reminds employees to clean the unit every four hours.
