The Hoshizaki VSR27A-8 sandwich/salad prep table stores these ingredients in an accessible top section, while the 12-inch-deep cutting board supports plating or assembling salads, wraps, and sandwiches directly on the line.
The Hoshizaki VSR27A-8 sandwich/salad prep table includes an adjustable epoxy-coated shelf that repositions in 1 1⁄2-inch increments to accommodate changing storage needs. A field-reversible door stays open to support efficient loading, while 4-inch casters simplify movement for cleaning or layout changes. This compact refrigerated table brings flexible storage and mobility to streamlined kitchen setups.
