Hoshizaki VSR48A-12 Description
With an insulated pan rail, prep guard, and capacity for 12 polycarbonate pans, the Hoshizaki VSR48A-12 sandwich/salad prep table streamlines sandwich and salad station organization. A 12-inch-deep cutting board supports plating and prep work, while the integrated prep guard helps prevent messes from falling into the base cabinet during repeated use throughout the day.
The field-reversible, self-closing doors stay open for restocking when needed, helping speed up service during meal periods. The Hoshizaki VSR48A-12 sandwich/salad prep table has two epoxy-coated shelves that support 105-pound loads and can be repositioned in 1 1⁄2-inch increments. Mounted on 4-inch casters, it can be moved during cleanings or layout changes in tight spaces.
