Imperial Range ISPA-18-2 Details
Prepare your signature soups, stews, and sauces with the Imperial Range ISPA-18-2 18″ natural gas 2 burner stock pot range. Featuring two 3-ring burners, this range allows for maximum pan contact and high-temperature heating at 180,000 BTU. Boasting a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams, this attractive unit is built to last in busy commercial kitchens.
Housed under a removable reinforced cast iron top grate, this powerful range utilizes two adjustable gas valves for the inner and outer rings. To maximize control, temperature selections range from a low simmer to a powerful high heat. Each control knob is crafted from cast aluminum and features a heat-resistant grip to keep the operator safe, even when the range is at its hottest temperature.
Beneath the stock pot range, a full-width drip pan is included within the open cabinet storage base to maintain mess-free operation and easy cleaning. Additionally, each of the heavy-duty legs features adjustable feet to best fit your needs. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
