Imperial PCVE-1 Single Full Size Electric Convection Oven – 11kW, 208v/1ph

Made for full-size pans, the Imperial PCVE-1 electric convection oven has one standard-depth baking chamber that holds pans in a side-to-side position. It comes with five pan racks, and they’re adjustable into 10 different positions. Because the interior is porcelainized, it promotes browning of food and prevents sticking on the chamber surfaces. A two-speed fan in the oven evenly moves heat to speed up cooking, and it recirculates hot air to save energy. The controls are manual so operators can adjust the temperature and time depending on the application.

The doors on this Imperial PCVE-1 single full-size convection oven are dependent, opening with a single handle for one-handed operation. They open to a full 130-degree angle for clear loading, and the large window promotes product monitoring. For durability, the unit’s exterior is mostly made of stainless steel, and it’s mounted on legs to operate at a comfortable height.
