Imperial PCVE-1 Single Full Size Electric Convection Oven – 11kW, 240v/1ph

The Imperial PCVE-1 electric convection oven has one baking cavity, and it comes with five pan racks that are adjustable on a 10-position guide. This oven has a standard-depth chamber, so it can hold full-size pans when they’re placed side to side. To speed up cooking and increase production, the two-speed fan evenly moves heat throughout the chamber. It simultaneously heats the oven chamber’s inner and outer surfaces and recirculates heat to reduce energy use.

Because the doors are dependent and open with a single handle, operators can access the cavity in this Imperial PCVE-1 single full-size convection oven with one hand. One of the doors has a large window, so cooks can monitor food as it bakes. The door handle is secured to an interior chassis, instead of the exterior, so it won’t break off. Made of stainless steel, the exterior front, doors, top, sides, and legs are strong and rust resistant.
