Imperial PCVE-2 Double Full Size Electric Convection Oven – 22kW, 208v/1ph

Designed for high-volume cooking, the Imperial PCVE-2 electric double convection oven has two chambers. Each section comes with five racks that are adjustable into 10 different positions. Because the interiors have a standard depth, they accommodate full-size pans side to side, not front to back. Its interior is porcelainized, which creates nonstick surfaces to streamline cleaning. The chambers have dependent doors, so each section is accessible with a single hand.

The manual controller in this Imperial PCVE-2 double full-size convection oven lets the operator choose the time and temperature settings. They can also select the fan speed; this component evenly moves heat throughout the chambers, speeding up the baking process and increasing production capacity. To save energy and operate efficiently, the fans recirculate heat throughout the chambers.
