To ensure consistent cooking results, the Imperial PCVG-1 gas convection oven features a turbo-flow system that evenly circulates heat throughout the cabinet. Its single compartment includes five racks that can be adjusted to 10 different positions, maximizing space and providing versatility for different applications. Its dependent doors can be opened and closed with one hand and are designed with windows to offer interior visibility.
The exterior of the Imperial PCVG-1 convection oven is constructed of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel to ensure longevity in busy environments. It is equipped with digital electronic controls and a 60-minute timer that alerts users of the end of the cycle with an audible buzzer. To streamline cleanup, its interior is made of nonstick porcelain that won’t harbor debris and residue.
