With a MaxxCold X-Series Megatop Sandwich and Salad Station, you have 29 inches worth of space to utilize to your advantage. Keep all of those fresh ingredients for the sandwiches, subs and salads as fresh as they can be with the help of this unit. With 7 cubic feet of storage space, you do not have to use just the top, but can also use the bottom of the unit to hold the items that you"™re serving, or providing as a self service station. Keep everything separated and ready to go and when you"™re not serving the items, cover them up and chill them until the next time they are ready to be served.

There is a 14 square foot adjustable shelf that you can use to your advantage when trying to hold any of the items. The hinged door with recessed handle provides a sleek modern look while also being easy to hold open and then shut when finished. Set the temperature depending on what is being held within the unit using the electronic thermostat and digital LED temperature monitor and display. Always know how fresh your food is when you can check out this temperature gauge that shows you the exact temperature within each of the sections. The self contained cooling system will keep all of the ingredients cool and fresh, for however long you need them to be.

With a stainless steel painted exterior and interior, it is efficient but also a nice addition to have wherever you need to use it. Stainless steel with not rust and is easy to wipe down and clean when accidents happen. The four caster insulated top covers, when placed over the ingredients will keep them cooler for a longer period of time. Two of these covers are able to lock, while the other two can stay open. The R134A refrigerant has a 3/8 HP compressor mounted in the back of the unit. The unit comes with additional perks: a high quality cutting board and 12 1/6 sized polycarbonate pans so you can keep all of your fresh ingredients separated and on display for all to see in separate pans.
