Perlick BC96LT-3 Description
The air-cooled, self-contained refrigeration system of the Perlick BC96LT-3 bottle cooler uses non-toxic, eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant inside the cabinet. The setpoint of this low-temperature unit holds at 30 degrees Fahrenheit, though the digital controls can adjust it between 28 to 34 degrees Fahrenheit. The electric defrost system will periodically heat the interior so ice doesn’t build up, while the condensate evaporator will minimize high amounts of humidity.
Designed to hold and cool bottles and cans, this Perlick BC96LT-3 forced-air bottle cooler’s 28.3-cubic-feet space holds (429) 12-ounce bottles. The interior is simple to access with sliding doors, which are made of durable, dent-resistant stainless steel. The unit’s 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation helps reduce recovery times when the doors are opened. The interior is made of the same stainless steel material as the exterior for a long product life, while the black and silver appearance blend with most back-of-house settings.
