Pitco P14 Description
The Pitco P14 commercial fryer filter removes food particles from the oil in a fryer. It prevents flavor transfer between products and removes chemical residues that can break down shortening. With a 55-pound capacity, the filter area can be used for large-fryer filtering. The unit is operated by a single on/off/heater on switch. It fits under the fryer drain and can be moved and stored when it is not in operation. The filter media assembly can be removed to replace filter paper. The convenient lift-out design of the filter pan in this Pitco P14 commercial fryer filter enables users to remove it for cleaning.
