The SaniServ 108HP margarita machine comes with a 25-quart evaporator and mix reservoir and can produce 10 gallons of product per hour. It has a welded steel interior frame for structural support, and the exterior is made of stainless steel for rust resistance. Because it has a small footprint, this unit is a countertop model. An 8-inch face plate on the front creates product visibility, which helps attract customers. The stainless steel dasher is equipped with low-friction scraper blades to effectively mix the product.
