Saniserv 501 Description
The SaniServ 501 soft serve twist freezer is the perfect self service station to please your customers and help you to earn more profits. Its compact design saves valuable floor space by allowing it to sit on the countertop, and the unit is built with fewer parts to perform maintenance on, clean, and sanitize. With its stainless steel exterior, the machine is corrosion resistant; structure is gained from the steel frame.
With an 11-quart capacity in each reservoir, the dashers are powered by a 2 horsepower motor. Low friction scraper blades on the dashers keep product from freezing to the sides of the reservoir. AccuFreeze™ technology comes with a self-diagnostic feature that alerts you about servicing the machine. Damage is prevented with a 3-minute lockout timer. The SaniServ 501 T soft serve twist freezer serves two separate flavors or can combine them into one, maximizing your profits.
