Saniserv 691 Description
The SaniServ 691 shake dispenser has two sides so that the operator can dispense two flavors from a single unit. Each side has a 14-quart reservoir and an independent drive system, and since the mix pan is refrigerated, recovery times are quick. AccuFreeze controls ensure that the unit operates accurately while the stainless steel dasher blades provide strength. R404A refrigerant is used to cool the dispenser.
