The unit’s digital temperature displays (one for each barrel) and automatic microprocessor make it easy to ensure a high-quality product is served every time. The Spaceman 6235A-C soft-serve machine can provide 385 4-ounce servings per hour and has a standby mode that keeps product fresh during slow periods and even overnight while reducing the unit’s electrical demands.
