For use in a gas station or convenience store, the Spaceman 6650-C frozen drink machine is designed to sit on countertops. Its 159/10-quart hopper is designed for use with one flavor and produces (165) 10-ounce servings per hour. This unit should not be used with dairy products, though it’s great for mixing slushies and other frozen drinks. Its hopper is refrigerated to keep product cool, and it has a 73/10-quart freezing cylinder that maintains temperatures of 40 degrees Fahrenheit overnight.
When mix in the Spaceman 6650-C drink machine gets low, an alarm sounds and a light shines to indicate refill needs. To prevent the unit from overheating, it has a high-pressure switch and thermal overload protection. The refrigeration system is air cooled and self-contained to streamline installation, and because the dispensing door is see-thru, customers can watch product mix to increase impulse purchases.
