Finished in black powder coating and mounted on casters with levelers, the Structural Concepts B57R Oasis® open-air cooler’s maneuverable frame withstands placement in high-traffic areas. A seamless ABS plastic tub eliminates gaps to prevent spills or crumbs from collecting in hard-to-reach corners, and its E-coated evaporator coil guards against wear to extend performance longevity. Inside, four metal shelves provide tiered staging for chilled goods, while mirrored stainless end panels improve sightlines to direct customer attention toward the display.
Crafted for self-service environments, the Structural Concepts B57R cooler measures 59 5⁄8 inches wide by 34 1⁄4 inches deep by 82 1⁄4 inches high and integrates an LED top light that enables fast product recognition from afar. A built-in pan captures excess condensation, while a magnetic air filter ensures dependable functionality. Featuring a self-contained refrigeration system, this R290-fueled case regulates conditions around 40 degrees Fahrenheit to maintain food-safe temperatures.
