The Structural Concepts CN53R-UC Oasis® self-service open air cooler features a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system that circulates R290 refrigerant to hold food at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or less. A magnetic air filter protects components from buildup for consistent airflow, while the E-coated evaporator coil preserves system longevity and stable cooling. Positioned above the case, LED lighting brightens displays for quick identification in grab-and-go applications.
Measuring 59 5⁄8 inches wide by 26 1⁄4 inches deep by 32 3⁄4 inches high, the Structural Concepts CN53R-UC cooler fits beneath countertops to conserve vertical space. Its black exterior acts as a neutral backdrop, and mirrored stainless interior end panels reflect product for attractive staging. Fitted with casters and levelers, the cooler offers flexible positioning and secure footing, while its condensate pan catches excess moisture throughout service.
