The Structural Concepts NE3620RSSV slide-in open-air cooler has an adjustable interior shelf for displaying two levels of refreshments or cold snacks. Measuring 35 3⁄4 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 39 5⁄8 inches high, it’s designed to slide into a countertop cutout; 20 3⁄8 inches of height are visible above the counter. It’s illuminated by a series of LED lights and has two glass panel sides that make it easy for patrons to peer inside while encouraging impulse purchases. This open-air unit has a self-contained refrigeration system powered with Breeze-E technology and holds products at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Designed with longevity in mind, the Structural Concepts NE3620RSSV countertop cooler is equipped with a variety of features designed to increase the unit’s lifetime. Its evaporator coil has been coated in Blue Fin polymer, and the unit comes with a condensate pan to catch water drops and reduce the risk of any internal mechanical rusting. This unit’s compressor intakes air from the rear and discharges from the front. Additionally, the cooler’s energy-saving system locks in cold air and reduces upkeep costs over time.
