Its tall 83 1⁄4-inch high-profile structure features straight clear glass for unobstructed visibility and balanced LED lighting that highlights each tray. The mirrored interior and ends reflect light and enhance presentation in bakeries or cafes.
Built for function and style, the Structural Concepts PC3982 self-service ambient bakery case holds (10) 18-inch by 26-inch trays across four removable wire shelves. These shelves are adjustable on 1-inch centers. The two self-closing, hinged glass doors provide convenient access for restocking, while the black interior and laminate exterior offer a professional, durable finish for any front-of-house display.
