The True G4SM-23PT-HC~TSL01 full-service bakery case features an attractive copper powder-coat finish that adds an upscale appearance to the piece. All four sides of the case are glass for optimized visibility, and the front and back of the case have glass doors to enable pass-thru usage. Made of low-E double-pane glass, the doors and sides of the case are insulated and retain cold temperatures for reduced energy use. Mounted on the bottom, the compressor is self-contained for streamlined installation, and it’s factory balanced to maintain temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

Drawing customer attention and promoting sales, the True G4SM-23PT-HC~TSL01 refrigerated bakery case has safety-shielded interior LED lighting to cast an attractive glow over the contents. Its four shelves are made of heavy-duty wire and can be adjusted up or down along the pilasters in ¹⁄₂-inch increments for a customizable setup. Illuminated sign panels are placed on the front and back of the unit, advertising available products to customers. To keep the case’s contents secure overnight, both doors can be locked.
