This True STG1RRI89-1S Spec Series™ one-section roll-in refrigerator has a door made of stainless steel and aluminum exterior sides to match. Its interior sides and back are aluminum with a stainless steel ceiling and floor, which resist corrosion and are simple to clean. Its walls are foamed with polyurethane insulation for structure and temperature retention. With its roll-in design, a stainless steel ramp enables carts and racks to be rolled in.

This unit has a stainless steel door with a lock to prevent theft and tampering. Its metal handle provides a sturdy grip when opening and it can stay open past 120 degrees to simplify loading and unloading. When left open under 120 degrees, the door closes on its own. A one-piece magnetic gasket prevents cold air from escaping. Incandescent lights illuminate the interior, and bumpers line the walls to minimize damage from carts and racks.

To keep temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, this refrigerator uses R134A refrigerant in its capillary tube system, while the temperature is displayed externally in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Its refrigeration system is top mounted, so it stays away from floor debris and the food zone. Its epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion. The True STG1RRI89-1S roll-in refrigerator has self-lubricating, cast iron evaporator fan motors and large fan blades to move a high volume of air efficiently.
