Using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit cools at -10 degrees Fahrenheit, and if maintenance is needed, the self-contained refrigeration system can be accessed from the bottom.

The condenser fan motor runs in reverse for 20 seconds when it starts up, blowing excess debris, dust, and dirt off the condensing coil. Because this component is so integral to system operation, cleaning it regularly promotes reliable and efficient system function. This self-cleaning is also designed to reduce energy use and help to maintain cold and consistent storage temperatures. Even though this reversing fan motor feature doesn’t replace routine maintenance, it should prolong the life of the unit.

The True T-12FG-HC~FGD01 reach-in freezer sits on leg levelers that keep it stable on uneven floors. To facilitate product locating, the interior is illuminated with LED lights. Storage is provided on three PVC-coated shelves that are adjustable to accommodate both large and small items. To promote even cooling, the wire shelves enable airflow. The front and floor of this unit are made of stainless steel, and the interior is aluminum.
