This True T-23DT-HC dual-temperature refrigerator freezer is ideal for establishments that need both units and have a small footprint to fill. The top refrigerated section maintains a temperature range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while the lower freezer section maintains -10 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperatures are controlled by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through a capillary tube system, and air is evenly distributed by condenser and evaporator fan motors.

Ridding the condensing coil of dirt and dust, the condensing fan motor blows in reverse each time the compressor starts up. When the coil is kept clean, it increases the effectiveness of the unit, providing proper temperatures and reducing energy use. This feaure doesn’t replace the need for regular maintenance.

Each interior section of the T-23DT-HC refrigerator freezer is lined with clear-coat aluminum. The floor of each is made of stainless steel with coved corners, and the entire unit is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant to hold open foods. Providing visibility, each section has LED interior lights, while product is stored on three adjustable, PVC-coated shelves. Both doors are hinged on the left to open on the right.
