The True TDM-R-59-GE/GE-S-W full-service bakery case includes three adjustable, 150-pound-capacity shelves to display baked goods in a way that best suits specific applications. On these shelves and the floor, the unit can accommodate six full-size pans and eight half-size pans, while LED lighting increases visibility, simplifying visibility for customers to see product from the front or sides. While the exterior is made of heavy-duty stainless steel, the interior is bright, white powder-coated steel.

Polyurethane insulation is used to retain cold air and is foamed in place to enhance the unit’s structural stability. Temperatures in the True TDM-R-59-GE/GE-S-W bakery display case can be set to a level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit on the electronic control, and the refrigeration system uses an eco-friendly R209 hydrocarbon refrigerant. If the system has an issue, operators can access the condenser conveniently with its slide-out design.
