The True TDM-R-59-GE/GE-W-W full-service bakery case has an electronic thermostat so users can set the unit to run at a temperature that best fits their specific application. Maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through a capillary tube system, the temperature is adjustable between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. If the condensing unit has an issue, it can be slid out from its housing for maintenance access.

Baked goods in the True TDM-R-59-GE/GE-W-W bakery display case are displayed on three wire shelves, each of which can hold 150 pounds and has an adjustable design that accommodates different items. LED lighting in the unit highlights stored items and improves presentation, while the white powder-coated interior brightens to case for increased visibility. Glass panels on the front and sides ensure customers can see displayed goods, and like the interior, the exterior is white powder, though it also has black accents. Leg levelers are integrated into the case to maintain stability on uneven floors.
