True   32″ Spec Series® Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The True TFP-32-12M~SPEC3 prep table features a rear-mounted refrigeration system that uses R290 refrigerant—an eco-friendly, energy-efficient refrigerant. The refrigeration system is controlled using an exterior digital display and has a temperature holding range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit keeps the salad and sandwich ingredients cold and fresh in the trays fitted into the countertop. The counter holds 12 sixth-size food trays, while the stainless steel insulated hood and lid keep food fresh when closed and is removeable for easy clean-up.

The True TFP-32-12M~SPEC3 prep table has a cabinet underneath the food trays. Inside the refrigerated cabinet are two PVC-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted to the right height to accommodate replacement trays of fresh salad and sandwich ingredients. The countertop of the unit features a plastic cutting board that provides a place for food prep; it can be removed during the cleaning process. The prep table is 32¹/₈ inches wide, 31¹/₂ inches deep, and 45³/₄ inches tall.
